    What is so special about these LiFePO4 battery cells?
    A:

    LiFePO4 battery cells are among the safest Lithium-ion batteries on the market. The cell chemistry makes a thermal runaway overheating almost impossible. The cells are inherently safe even under extreme conditions and therefore they don't pose a fire risk.

    LiFePO4 battery are characterised by a high cycle stability which translates into a long lifetime even under intensive load conditions.

    Which certificates do you have?
    A:

  • Q:
    The battery is so heavy, will it damaged easily on the road?
    A:

    This is also a matter of great concern to us. After long-term improvement and verification, our packaging is now very safe and reliable. When you open the package, you will definitely feel our sincerity.

  • Q:
    Why the batteries bank losing all the energy to zero SOC?
    A:

    It is recommended to perform the following operations:

    ① Set the constant charging voltage of the battery to 53.5V to ensure that the battery can be fully charged to calibrate the SOC,

    ② Set the battery's float charge voltage on the inveterate to 53V to ensure that when the battery enters a fully charged state, if a small power consumption

    current discharge occurs, the battery can start to float charge when the battery voltage drops to 51V, and then calibrate when fully charged SOC.

    In this way, the SOC of the system will remain accurate all the time.

  • Q:
    How many parallel connections can the battery support?
    A:

    The B4850, B3, B51100, and A48100 can support up to 40 units in parallel, while the Powerbox and PowerDepot can support up to 4 units in parallel.

  • Q:
    What is the charge/discharge rate of Dyness?
    A:

    We recommended to use 0.5C rate.

  • Q:
    What to do in case of communication failure?
    A:

    You can check these follow possible cause one by one:

    ①The DIP setting of the master is wrong

    ② The battery type of the inverter is wrong

    ③ Communication cable used incorrectly

    ④ The communication cable is incorrectly connected at the battery communication port or the inverter communication port

    ⑤ The battery firmware version is too low to support the inverter

  • Q:
    Why can't the battery be fully charged to 100%?
    A:

    Because the charging voltage is too low, you can try to adjust charging voltage at 53.5V or 54V.

  • Q:
    Why does the battery have no DC output?
    A:

    Battery data status is abnormal. battery gets into over-discharged protection, you can read the battery information on the monitor.
